The NFL has been ripe with controversy over the last couple of years, and it looks like Vince McMahon is going to try to pounce on the opportunity and bring back the ill-faded XFL. McMahon has an announcement slated for 3:00 PM eastern today, and we will be sure to upstate with all the details soon after.

It’s official. The XFL will return in 2020. 8 teams, 2 round playoffs, an experience that you can take anywhere. The XFL is promising a lot, but if it can live up to the promises, I think this league may be able to succeed in at the least bringing the NFL to the 21st century.
