When I first saw the trailer for this game I was captivated immediately. For myself, personally, I feel it has a Dante’s Inferno-esque visually. If you played Dante’s Inferno(2010) by Electronic Arts and liked it then you probably felt that the visual effect of the game was pretty good if not great for the time it came out. Bringing the focus back to Agony, the developers of this game, Madmind Studios and published by PlayWay, have taken the depiction of hell in all it’s “glory”-pun intended- to another level than previously seen in the video game world. You play the part of a lost soul in hell with no memory of how or why you are in hell and you journey through to find out who you are

and escape the dark domain. With the survival horror genre having been on the down-low in recent years this installment into the genre is sure to be something spectacular as far as graphics and challenging and keeping you on the edge of your seat-or under the covers-whichever you prefer. There is something to be said about a game that redefines a genre and this could be one of those games, even if you are not a fan of this type of game to begin with. Originally slated for the first of 2017 it has been pushed back to the second half of this year(2017). It will be available for PS4, Xbox One, and Steam on PC
